Business requires passion and meticulous attention to detail. Nothing in life is ever truly perfect, but striving for perfection is essential. A careless, superficial approach that overlooks minor details may not seem significant at first, but over time, it can lead to limitations and unsatisfactory results.
The same principle applies to interior photography for advertising purposes. Before hiring a photography service, you should prepare thoroughly and have a basic understanding of the process. Effective coordination between both parties ensures a smoother workflow. While service fees are fixed, the final results can vary significantly depending on how well the preparation and collaboration are executed.
Based on our years of experience, we offer the following recommendations:
Book the service and confirm the appointment (even verbally) a few days in advance, ideally 3-4 days before the apartment’s interior décor is fully completed.
Schedule the shoot when the apartment is fully furnished and all decorative elements are in place. Avoid arranging a photoshoot while renovations are still incomplete, as this can waste time and impact the photographer’s ability to capture the best shots.
Be mindful of weather conditions. If the selected shoot day coincides with bad weather—heavy rain, storms, or excessive cloud cover—it may be necessary to postpone to another day.
For small apartments with limited space, the basic photography package is usually sufficient. However, if multiple units in the same building are being rented out, consider opting for a premium package to showcase shared amenities and attract more potential tenants.
